Question: My Proform 740cs Treadmill will not fold to store away, it stops on the way up. is there a latch somewhere?

Question Description:
The Proform 740cs Treadmill has a folding feature that allows you to store it under the bed or in a closet. When I attempt to fold it, it stops about 2/3 of the way up.There is a hydraulic on the right side of the unit (below). It is either stuck or these si some sort of release that I am missing.

Answer#1: There is a latch that should be on the front left of the console which will lock it shut. Make sure that is in the out position when you are folding it up.

Answer#2: Does it have the elevation feature?If so, it needs to be in the fully "down" position.
