Question: How Can I Start A WORKOUT ROUTINE-have ELLIPTICAL-TREADMILL-STRENGTH MACHINE-BIKE? HELP?

Hi everyone I am 5'3 194 pds and have a 46% bodyfat, me and hubby want to get in shape! and have bought the following equipment,and need to make up a schedule, i started today and did the eliptical,but I need to start a workout routine, I can actually do 30 min on the treadmill too,but how can i incorporate the other 2 machines, let me know thanks so muchPROFORM ELLIPTICALTREADMILLPROFORM RECOIL STRENGTH MACHINEPROFORM BIKE
Answer#1: wow...u have great workout machinesanyways, i think u should use the elliptical machine the most and the strength machine the least.try to work out 4-5 days a week:Day 1: 10 min warm up on bike, 25 min strength machine, 30 min elliptical/treadmillday 2: 15 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical, 20 min bikeday 3: same as day 2day 4: same as day 1Day 5: same as day 2I do a similar routine and have gotten really good results so give it a try!
