Question: I want to sell a piano and treadmill and want to know what to put in classified?
Question Description:
A man that tunes pianos said the piano was worth between 500 and 700 dollars.I wanted to get 550 dollars. It is a maghoney upright the make is sterling and comes with bench. I do not know how old it is probably around 40 to 50 years old. It is in great condition. Want to sell it with the best description any ideas?Paid 500 for treadmill but works fine it is a proform ifit.com.
Answer#1: Definitely craigslist.com. Put a picture up if you can. You can ask that interested buyers be willing to pick up the item at your home since they're heavy, but you may have to offer a better price for the convenience. If you're willing to deliver, you can ask for what you think is a fair price and see if there are any takers!
Answer#2: Do you like running in place and playing the Piano at the same time? Well, then I've got exactly what you're looking for.But seriously, you want to seperate these items and pay for two different ads if there are seperate sections, like say, for workout equipment or musical equipment. However, if there is no place for either of these things seperately then you can just throw them together in the music section. As for the as, you want to be short and to the point; you want to give make, model, and condition, and/or use. You can't put too much information in because it would ve too expensive, but you all want to leave the person reading the ad wondering about the product just enough to call you and you do the selling. The AD gets the interest up and you finish the deal. I'm not saying you have to go out there and be a saleswoman or anything, but when people hear a nice person or someone who is passionate about what they're selling then it will affect their decision.
Answer#3: Well, first of all, don't list them on-line (eBay, etc.). The shipping costs would be outrageous.List them in your local paper.
Answer#4: post 2 separate ads. All gods are false
Answer#5: EBAY.COM OR AMAZON.COM lot of people buy from them.
Answer#6: use craigslist.org to sell your piano. that's how we bought 2.
