Question: I need an inexpensive ab workout that I can fit into my ski routine, any suggestions?
Question Description:
The program is a combination of interval Nordictrack and cross-country classic and skate, mainly skate. I feel that I have to skate as hard as I can until I start to regress. My stomach area is hard but I could use more definition. I have been concentrating on form in my indoor workouts and balance in my ski routine. I have downplayed speed because I will never be a world cup skier but I am a good skier that only falls once or twice a season. Plus I can take a lot of punishment. I flex my stomach while I drive and while I sit at a computer.
Answer#1: No need for special workouts. Just do sit ups and crunches. Also, increase your cardio workouts.
