Answer#1: Bowflex treadmillhttp://www.askaquery.com/Answers/qn1568.html
Answer#2: Sounds like a lot of money- hope it works
Answer#3: We tried friends bowlex a few years ago and then saw an infomercial for the new Crossbow and we decided to order it. It was shipped soon and came in a huge 300lbs box. It took 3 of us about 4 hours to put together because of the gazilllion parts. So if the Bowflex is simila, be prepared. But, once we got it together and tried it out- I fell in love with it! You still have to switch from the different areas(leg press to preachers curl) but you can change the weight with the push of a button! I have found it to be a very effective work out. It only goes up to 380lbs -if you are into heavy lifting maybe not the best choice. It takes us a lot of room Put it together in the room you are keeping it because fully assembled, it woun't fit thorough any doorway. It was worth the money! Good Luck Good Review:http://www.building-body-for-life.com/platinum-crossbow.htmlCrossbow Platinum from Icon fitness:http://www.iconfitness.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prmenbr=979&prrfnbr=1124754
Answer#4: next time you feel like throwing away a couple thousand bucks, throw it my way.
Answer#5: It's a good alternative to going to the gym since you can do it at home but the gym offers a much wider range of exercises. You can get a decent work out on it but it's much better for toning then building.I hate that company because they lie so badly in their advertising. There is no way that a 40 years old man who's been athletic his entire life gained 12 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks. This is virtually unheard of with free weights which are way more effective for building muscle. If this really did happen the guy was on the juice. That doesn't mean that it won't help you but I hate lying frauds like them.As well as all of the supplement companies that sell these MAGIC weight loss supplements.Good luck with it anyway
Answer#6: thats a personal choice in terms of likes and dislikes. I would say since you ordered it, really use it, get your money's worth otherwise it will be just money down the drain.
