Question: Bowflex or swimming pool?

My family and I cant decide on which of the two to get. Its hard to decide! Which one will help me lose weight faster, and if you've used bowflex what kind of results did you see in how long?
Answer#1: Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.
Answer#2: i would get a pool, swimming is the best type of excersise you can do ...and it is really healthy you will get a cardio work out...and u will gain msucle.....swimming targets shoulders arms chest.....and ur heart......get a pool
Answer#3: A swimming pool will help you lose weight faster because it has more cardiovascular movements. If you are looking to try and tone your muscles then you may look at a Bowflex. I will tell you from my parent's experience is that they spent $1900 on a top of the line Bowflex and used it off and on for about a year. After that time it just sat in the garage until I told them I wanted to take it down to put a pull table in it's place. They gladly agreed to get rid of it. I think the benefits of having a pool are you having ready access to exercising and you also have a reason to sit outside all summer long working on a beautiful tan.
