Question: Bowflex +/- experience?
Question Description:
I'm thinking of buying a Bowflex Blaze - your thoughts?Does it resonably replicate cybex equipment like at the various stations in a gym? Also how easy is it to change configuration between exercises?

Answer#1: While the "Bowflex" looks great on the commercials, keep in mind that the guy or girl did not get that body just by using the it. They are professional models and have been working on their bodies for years. I believe that if you already have a fit body then this will definitely keep you in shape and even make you stronger.Also keep in mind that many people will buy these machines with excitement and high hopes of looking great in no time. Just to come to the realization what they bought was a very expensive space waster.If you are determined and committed to using the machine then go ahead and buy it.This way you will get your money and your "Body's" worth. If not I'd recommend joining a gym with a personal trainer to get you started.I would definitely buy a "Bowflex" If I had the room for it. Good Luck.... ;)
