Question: bowflex effective?

Question Description:
are bowflex products really that great? i dont know how it could change your body in a short time with only 20 mins. every other day and that is without the help of supplement i suppose. lol sounds funny but i would like to know if that could ever happen.i would like to know if in fact it does work how great is the difference it made in you and after how long was it achieved.

Answer#1: It is possible to build muscle with bowflex. But it can never match the effectiveness of free weights.

Answer#2: It is the same as going to the gym. I like ours because I can work out at home. It isn't quite as dramatic as the comercial but I really like ours.It probably only takes me 20 minutes to do the weights on the bowflex and then I go running.I don't think that it does what the commercial says unless you also do cardio and diet. But it does allow me to stay in shape and build muscle. I can tell a difference in my body since I started using the bowflex 3 times a week. But it seems to me that it is the same difference that I saw when I worked out regularly using Nautilus machines.

Answer#3: I have a bowflex and LOVE it. They do work very well..Now if you are a big muscular man I have heard free weights are better then the bowflex but for me.. I love my bowflex and wouldnt give it up for anything.

Answer#4: A "short time" is subjective. Any exercise is good for you and will make a difference as far as your fitness and muscle tone. I don't think it necessarily has to be Bowflex, but I've got friends that swear by it. And that guy on the commercial's been 40 years old since I was like six, so man that must be some good stuff. *lmao*
