Question: Do you own a Bowflex??

Question Description:
Do you like your bowflex, and was it hard to put together???Also, did you see results??I just ordered the bowflex xtreme2

Answer#1: I've had my extreme 2 since the beginning of the year. I used to train heavily with free weights and cable machines for 15 years. I took two years off for a shoulder injury. When I went back to free weights my shoulders began hurting gain. With Bowflex they do not. Results, work out with intensity like any other workout and you will see results. Using the Bowflex I had no problems getting back to my former muscle mass and physique. I have gone beyond where I once was with my Bowflex. Worth every penny. I've put on 8 pounds of muscle in the last 3 months.I put mine together by myself. Not hard. Having a helper will make it go faster and be a little easier.

Answer#2: Bowflex does work yes, Just get some help putting it tgthr if u cant yourself, but the machine itself, u will learn alot about it w/the directions: Use it every day ( all week long ) U will see results.

Answer#3: a friend let me borrow one for awhile, i did not like it, u can get results but not in the way they claim, it is better than no training at all, i wud suggest sending back get ur money back and spend the money back and use it for a gym membership

Answer#4: i own a big ass beer fridge and it vacumes shut, is that considered a minny bowflex? i do give my shoulders a work out when i open it......

Answer#5: yes, took a little bit of work, and yes can definitely see some results. Have to keep at it though, watch some tv or listen to music as you do your routine.
