Question: My Image 10.6Q treadmill stopped working and is displaying the error code "E21" what is wrong with it?
Question Description:
I have an Image 10.6 Q treadmill and it had no problems till now. The last time i went to use it, I got an error message E21 and it would not work. The user manual says to call the company when there are errors like this but they do not return my calls. I cannot find anything on the internet about the treadmill error codes and what they mean. The unit is at least 5 years old and never had a problem.
