i am 17 years old, 63kgs and 173cm tall. I have noticed that after i lost weight (i was 75kgs) i still had a big butt and legs. what can i do to reduce the legs and butt? i wouldnt say its much muscle, my legs have some muscle, but my butt is just fat i would say.Below there is a website where you can see images of me, tell me what you think! and you can be honest, cos if u r honest then i can do something about it!i have treadmill and weight bench (dumbbells), as well as a bike.thank you!www.myspace.com/picture4yahoo
Answer#1: You are in no way fat - this is a very healthy weight. If you want to develop an evenly fit body then do exercises that work your whole body, not ones that target individual parts. Running and swimming are a good combination for this.
