Question: Which is better Yoga or Tai Chi or Step Aerobics?

Question Description:
Which is better Yoga or Tai Chi or Step Aerobics for strength and muscle developement or just to keep you in really good shape in other words. I have tried Tai Chi before but never Yoga or Step Aerobics. I do mostly cardio work outs at the gym and Nautilus but I would like to learn a technique like Tai Chi or Yoga or Step Aerobics that will also keep me in good shape and condition.

Answer#1: My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website http://www.slim-get.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

Answer#2: I do step aerobics and love it.. I run and then switch it up to step just to change the cardio.... I've never did Yoga or Tai Chi I guess I just like to feel the burn and to sweat.. But it be be a nice switch up for your cardio!

Answer#3: You will receive totally different benefits from each one. Both the Tai Chi and yoga will also help you control your stress levels which in turn can help you keep belly fat away.Step will burn the most calories but the control that you learn with Tai Chi will help with strength. If you are already using the nautilus and cardio you won't really need the step aerobics, so your choice is between Tai Chi and yoga. With your current program it sounds like Tai Chi would be the best but it really depends on what YOU think you would like to learn. I know many people who have tried Tai Chi and it was just too slow for them. But if you want more mind focus Tai Chi would be your choice.
