Question: I am going to have to do some heavy lifting at work in a couple of weeks and I need some strengthening...?
Question Description:
I go to the gym and do cardio (stairs, precor, rowing) but I really want to strengthen my back and abs for some heavy work that is comming up in a couple of weeks. Ideally I want a DVD to work on at home. Can anyone recommend something effective? I will do anything as long as it works, even bellydancing (although I live in an upstairs apartment). Thanks for any suggestions.
Answer#1: Pull ups are great and so are Lat Pulldowns, look into that. also if you want a dvd series try P90X. Its a top trainer who gets you in top shape. Its got 12 routine so the body never gets in a set routine.It shocks your muscles and you can feel it and see it too!
Answer#2: im 13 years old i cant have drinks after work lol
Answer#3: make sure you have a back brace and use proper lifting (use your legs not your back ) and you'll be fine
