i work out and i eat healthy but how long should i stay on the treadmill for?
Answer#1: they say you need to excercise at least 20 minutes at a reasonable level, and so presuming you do some warm up, it seems you want to be on it 25 minutes minimum. Of course, the level at which you are exercising comes into play...you need to watch your heart rate.
Answer#2: depends on the speed, if walking i would say 30 mins is plenty, jogging or speed walking i would go with 15-20 mins. drink alot of water to stay hydrated.
Answer#3: It depends on your level of fitness. I usually suggest 25-30. 5min warm up and cool down. 20 min of cardio jogging or fast pace wallking.
Answer#4: The general idea is to get at least 150 minutes of aerobic exercise each week. That breaks down to 30 minutes day/5 days per week.
