Question: Treadmill Question...?
Question Description:
I'm getting a treadmill and while I was looking it up online it says "No motor". I'm not smart at these kinds of things. So I was wondering what's the difference between a treadmill with a motor and one without? What's the difference between a Manual and Electril treadmill?
Answer#1: manual one is tougher as you really got to use your feet to get it going and the electric one is you can choose the speed and do a comfortable strolling or jogging or even running on it.
Answer#2: Manual = "No Motor" --- In other words, the only thing that will move the belt is the effort you exert with your walking motion.Electric = "With Motor" -- The treadmill can be set to go at a certain speed and maintain that speed with no effort from you --- i.e. you just have to 'keep up' with how fast you tell the belt to move.
