Question: Whats better for Exercising a Treadmill or Eliptical?
Question Description:
I used to run on a Treadmill but it broke now i have an eliptical i used to run for 30 min how long will i have to run on an eliptical?
Answer#1: Without a doubt, elliptical!! More cardio and much less damage to your joints and back.
Answer#2: The time would depend on your heart rate. If you could keep your heart rate the same as the treadmil, then you wouldnt have to adjust the time spent on the eliptical.Cardio is cardio. The main difference between the two is just the jarring action in your joints. An eliptical machine will have less impact on knees
Answer#3: eliptical- until you feel like your muscles are about to tear : )
