Question: What's better for burning fat? Treadmill or eliptical trainer?
Question Description:
I've heard many people say that the eliptical is just as good as the treadmill, but I seem to sweat much more on the treadmill.Which one do you think is better for burning fat? Eliptical or the treadmill?
Answer#1: I used to hate rigorous exercises but I was also so sick with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before... I am now in love with regular exercises so much, as keeping my flat stomach makes me feeling so great!http://best-workouts.goodbyebellyfat.com/Try it & you'll love it :)
Answer#2: the exercise that you are most efficient at performing is optimum for YOU. if you can exercise at a high level of intensity for a longer period of time on the treadmill then it is better for you. the key to making continued progress in terms if fat loss and increasing cardiovascular endurance it by increasing the intensity of exercise constantly. forget about calories burned, etc. focus on the distance traveled and the intensity. if today you ran for 30 minutes and covered 7 miles on level 4. then the next cardio day the goal should be 7.1 miles at level 4 in 30 minutes, etc. this is how your rev up the metabolic rate and burn some serious fat.
Answer#3: Propane is best for burning fat....Put the fatty meat on the grill and light it up.*****************************The best way to lose weight is to RUN.Every morning... get up... go out and run as far as you can... then walk home. When you can run 2.5 miles going away... start running back instead of walking. When you can run 5 miles every morning... you won't be fat.
Answer#4: Treadmill is hight intensity wheras eliptical is low intensity. But if you set up the eliptical on interval or fat burning or weight loss mode you will get same results. All in all, running is fastest way to burn calories and fat whether it is done on treadmill, concreat, or hills.
Answer#5: Both are good work outs, but since they are both cardio activities, they arent necessarily fat burning activies, swtich up your work out. Do the treadmill one, the elliptical the next. Also, you should bike, thats a fat burning activity more than a cardio activity. And if you want to burn even more fat, do weights, they build muscle and muscle burns fat even when you arent working out
Answer#6: For burning fat, cardio has been oversold. To really make a longlasting difference on your body you need weights.
