Question: Weider 8530 Home gym weights?

I was recently give this home gym but the weights are not labeled. Anyone know how I can find out how much they are each worth?

Answer#1: I'm not familiar with these machines. You could take the plates off and measure each one. Likely the small plates are 10 lbs and work from there up. remember it's not what your lifting that's important it's lifting what is right for you for increasing your strength..
