Question: Choosing a home gym?
Question Description:
What would be the best way to burn calories? A combination of an excercise bike and home gym? Or a treadmill? Or do you have another suggestion?
Answer#1: If you are trying to lose weight. All you need is a treadmill. But that can get boring I would say grab a bike too if you can. You don't need a weight lifting machine or anything. That won't burn calories as efficiently. Also! Woman who are somewhat ripped aren't as attractive as ones with just a flat stomach ;)
Answer#2: this one is a good one just walk alot drink alot of water, run,rid bicks
