Question: Weight chart for weider home gym 4250 where can i find it?

I am needing the chart or diagram that tells you how to measure the weights on a weider home gym model 4250. The chart that tells you how to break down the pounds, my weights dont have measurments on them.

Answer#1: Here you go, it is on page 25. Save to disk, print it or something, it is very useful to have if you decide to sell the system or need spare parts, it is the user's manual. Keep the weight guides lubricated with vaseline.
