Answer#1: Who needs a workout bench? Didn't you see Rocky IV? All you need is a bag of heavy stones, and a large log to carry around the backyard.
Answer#2: they have some called free motion. The take the place of weights and you can do a lot of different thing. I use them at 24hr.
