Question: Exercise Bike?
Question Description:
I've been exercising an hour everyday on my exercise bike. Which is about 13.5 miles. Will I lose weight?
Answer#1: Remember, to lose one pound of fat in a week, you have to burn 3,500 calories. (Fat weight - not water weight.) So that means you have to decrease your food consumption by 500 calories daily, or "burn" the extra 500 calories by working out. The healthy approach is to decrease your calorie intake and increase your activity level. Here is a link to a helpful weight calculator - simply input your GOAL weight, activity level and age:http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
Answer#2: yes, as long as you don't eat more
Answer#3: Yes provided u do not increase ur food intake.Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
Answer#4: As long as you are carful with your diet also.
Answer#5: Not at first due to your mucles holding more water but keep at it and you will.
Answer#6: definatly if your doing 13 mile thats a long ol way
