Question: Exercise Bike?
Question Description:
I've been exercising an hour everyday on my exercise bike. Which is about 13.5 miles. Will I lose weight?
Answer#1: Yeah you definitely should lose weight. It might take a little while, but it will come off. Can you change the tension on your exercise bike? If so, try to use a tension that still works your legs (to build muscle, which helps to increase your metabolism as well as burn more calories) but you can also still pedal fast with (for cardio, to burn more calories each time you ride!). I put my regular bike on a mount last summer and started riding 30 minutes 4-5 days a week, as well as doing pilates for toning, and I have lost about 15 lbs and have kept it off, which I think is pretty good considering that I'm only 5'2" and I wasn't really overweight to begin with. You can also look online for ways to cycle to burn more calories and such. Good luck, I'm sure it will definitely work to some extent!
Answer#2: Connect your bike to an electric generator and you will save money, also lose some weight.
Answer#3: yes u will, At a steady pace the more u sweat the more fat u burn baby!!!
