Question: Exercise Bike?


Question Description:
how long should I ride my exercise bike everyday to see results?is an hour okay? or should it be more or less?

Answer#1: Start low like at 20 minutes . I jog for 30 minutes.


Answer#2: I would start out slower than this. Shoot for 20-30 minutes of vigorous peddling, see how you feel, if you can do more, than add 5 minutes at a time. Be sure to do this in front of a tv, or have something to do during this time so you don't get bored!
