Question: exercise bike???

if i use an excercise bike for 30 minutes a day 3 days a week will it help slim me down?? and does it make u have muscles like squats and lunges do cause i don't want to be all bulky thats why i stoppd the squats and lungesi'd like to do more than 3 days but i only have access to it 3 days a week so will it still work i do crunches too tho every other day
Answer#1: it will help slim u down but the bike can be a real de-motivator when it comes to exercising. when u exercise for an hour, u'll lose abt 240 calories but when u go running, u lose abt 1820 calories in that hour. it's why many ppl run when they want to lose weight. the exercise bike is mainly for toning the abs and arms and can bring muscles to ur legs.
