do they help tone ur legs and butt??? what exercise tone ur legs and butt???oh and has anyone tryed that Pilates Ring?? did it work???
Answer#1: Do dumbell deadlifts. Work your way up to some 25s, then switch to an empty barbell which weighs 45 lbs. Get a certified instructor to show you the proper way to 'lift', and your on your way. In no time youll be up to 100 lbs, and your legs, butt, stomach, and arms will be toned and shapely, but not manly. Look into ex/rx.com for some realtime vid of the deadlift and what it can do for you.
Answer#2: Leg squats are the best for toning the legs and glutes.
Answer#3: zone pilates is great to do that kind of stuff
