WHAT DO THEY DO?!?! TONE UR LEGS AND BUTT?!?!?!

Answer#1: if you do them at a higher level for a long time they burn fat by getting your heart rate up but i think a treadmill will work better and when you jog or run or walk you tone your legs and butt also squats with low weight and high reps like 20 to 30 will greatly tone you legs and butt don't be afraid of weight lifting it is the fastest way to tone up just don't use heavy weight use light weight and high reps


Answer#2: It might help you tone those areas, but mostly you are going to burn calories. This will burn the fat covering your muscles and make you look more toned all over your body.


Answer#3: If you use it, it will tone your legs and butt. It's better if you listen to music or watch tv when you use it. I got too bored with it and it ended up being an expensive coat rack taking up space in my living room. Walking is better and isn't boring.
