Question: Exercise bike or cross trainer?


Question Description:
Which is best to lose fat around the thighs & gut? Had a exercise bike for years which finally broke two nights ago. It does the job fine, but just wondered if the cross trainer would be a better purchase. Price doesn't matter cos approx they both cost the same

Answer#1: get a lateral thigh trainer and stop eating all the pies question for ye what has 2005 euro cup got to do with the first fans to sing "you'll never walk alone" ? it must hurt bad to know you stole it from us.


Answer#2: Cross trainer is better for you in many ways, as it works more parts of your body.


Answer#3: A cross trainer tones your arms as well and will give a better overall work out so you'll burn more calories and lose more wait, go for that over the bike. Also a cross trainer will tone your bum, whereas a bike probably does the opposite.
