Question: will a exercise bike help me lose weight?


Question Description:
today i did 16 minutes on the exercise bike, (8km) i plan to keep going at the same pace but add 1 minute every 3 days, until i get to 30 minutes. I will be using the bike 5 times a week. Will this regeme result in weight loss

Once you get to that ideal goal, you'll be happy for a sec.
