Question: walking or exercise bike question?
Question Description:
i know everyone says a brisk walk in the morning jumpstarts your metabolism for the day, so my question is...is riding an exercise bike in the morning as good as going for a walk, i wake up at 430 am so i would rather do the bike thing in my home rather than go outside so early for a walk, but if the walking is much better then i will do that. so im wondering if they are the same or is one better than the other?yes i am trying to lose weight
Answer#1: well the morning air does better for waking a person up... personaly i HATE getting up and doing anything in the morning, but i find when i go for a morning jog i really like it alot more than some excersise in the house. and what the heck is the eprson that was talkin about the bike sayin about bikin bein a full body excersise? even with the ones with arm pumps theyre still a pretty damned bad full-body workout... idk about walking but jogging does a lot better.
Answer#2: It doesn't really matter, as long as you get some workout. Walking or going for a bike ride, it helps the legs, posture, back, stomach, and brain! Pick which ever one you want, which one is most more choicable for you than for others?
Answer#3: Actually the bike is far better for loosing weight than a walk, so if you want to loose weight besides jump-starting your metabolism, then the bike is the way to go.
Answer#4: Why not jog. It is very easy to improve when joging. You will have a crap time for like the first week and then you will enjoy it because you will be able to handle it better. It will get it over with quicker and it will make your metabolism shoot up.
Answer#5: biking i reckon is much more healthier...coz ur basically working out ur whole body....walking is great too...but u need to go quite a distance for a healthy start...but personally i prefer biking coz u can watch ur fav tv show while ur at it..
