can anyone give me a workout schedule that will help me get faster jump higher and be stronger while putting on some muscle weight
Answer#1: You'll need to do a lot of lower body exercises focusing on the quads and hammies. Perform squats, lunge variations and deadlifts. Also, do explosive moves, like jump squats and box jumps and incorporate sprints in your workout. Sprint hard for 15-20 secs and then jog for 45-60 secs and then repeat for about 15-20 mins 2x a week.
