Question: strength training?

has anyone ever used the total gym or the weider version of the total gym? Does it work/is it worth it? and has anyone used the Weider max home gym system? or should i just stick with simple dumbells
Answer#1: Total Gym and dumbbells work differently. Do them both if you have access. If you want to focus on strength training, I would suggest that you should add bodyweight barehand exercises like push-ups, chin-ups, arm dips, crunches, etc^_^ good luck
