Question: Speed and Strength training?
Question Description:
I'm a striker, I do have some speed(40m in 9.9 sec) but I am totally lacking in Strength. How would you recommend me to beef up my strength without jeopardising my speed?Is there any training without using those weight lifting machinery?
Answer#1: Strength training.. Squats might help ur legStamina - do slow jogs real slow. =D
