Question: Why can't I exercise any more?
Question Description:
For the past couple of months, I've been exercising daily on a step machine for about an hour, with no problems. More recently, however, I've been unable to exercise for more than a minute without feeling weak in the legs and so have been unable to exercise. I've been drinking plenty of water, and although for the first couple of months I exercised before breakfast, I've tried it after eating at several different times of the day and have found the same effect.
Answer#1: Weight loss:I think that the below website will help you to find the right solution.Source(s):http://www.healthopts.com
Answer#2: Something has changed for the worse, and you should seek a physical medical cause for it.
Answer#3: Maybe you are overtrained and because of overtraining and stress you had lost the motivation to train properly. Exercise is a long & slow process in order to improve. Coming from what you have said you are doing the step machine for an hour which is not good for what we know. We people are stuck to the belief that "more is better" but in the world of exercise and bodybuilding more is certainly not better. So there's a saying that we call "less is more" because you have to exercise short but intense because recovery is the most important aspect in exercising. It is when we rest that we are rebuilding our body better and stronger. But if what I've said didn't work, you better as well might see a doctor for it is not normal to have CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and I'm not a doctor to diagnose you. Good Luck and Much Respect!
Answer#4: You may be over doing it.
Answer#5: Why dont you see a doctor?
