Question: What is your typical exercise for the day?

just curious what everybody else does...i do 10 min. on a step machine and 200 crunches. and i eat pretty much whatever i want because i'm trying to gain muscle mass (right now i'm just skinny). do you have any tips on stuff i can eat too, in addition to working out that can add to muscle mass? tx
Answer#1: I walk about an hour everyday in the morning, I go biking about one and a half hours ever other day and about 300 ab crunches everyday. I also eat healthy meals everyday and limit my junk food intake to about once a month.
Answer#2: I generally exercise for about 40-60mins per day,and I eat a lot,too.Just avoid unhealthy food.
Answer#3: I generally do the 12oz curls, They don't tone any part of the body but it works for me.
