Question: Where can I find Tae bo excercises online? I am trying to burn as many calories as possible every night.?
Question Description:
The only equipment I have is a step machine and I have no weights. I have little space in my room so...whatever you can find. Please give a website and any successful stories of your own. If you don't know a website, just tell me what you do. I want to get in shape and I heard tae bo is the best way. Thanks!

Answer#1: If you have a Dollar General store in your area, try there, the one in my town sells the Tae Bo VHS tapes for $1.00. It really does work, it's the best work out I've ever tried, have lost 48 lbs. so far.
Answer#2: I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there.
