Question: favorite cardio workout and why?
Question Description:
I have been using the eliptical machines at the gym, and I just started running on the treadmill, but it makes my side hurt. I also use the step machine, and jump rope. not sure which is the most affective though. Just curious as to what works for you!
Answer#1: Running anywhere outside! At the gym, Spin class.If your side was hurting on the treadmill, you were going to fast.
Answer#2: Aerobics at home to loud fun music.
Answer#3: I hate to sweat. I've just discovered what an effective cardio workout you can get by swimming! If your gym has a pool - find out when the lap swim hours are and give it a try. It's working for me!
