Question: Whey Protein?

Question Description:
I've read in numerous articles that whey protein works real well when trying to establish muscle but I don't know if it has negative effects (on females especially.) I've been told by guys that it makes you gain weight. I'm pretty satisfied with my weight-I just want to tone and tighten. How effectice is whey protein?

Answer#1: Whey protein is good, if you combine with soy protein is really good. it built your muslce and also keepyour hunger away. for more info contact me at ehsan1@consultant.com or logon www.wellness.blogindia.com

Answer#3: do you mean why protein???

Answer#4: Whey protein is very effective in getting lean gains and toning its the calories that are going to make you put on weight. There are different forms of whey protein there is whey isolate, casienate whey, hyrdolyzed whey. The best one for you is going to be the whey isolate cause its the most rapidly absorbed and utilized whey protein in the body. Stay away from your casienate whey this is a slower disolving protein and is typically higher in calories. GNC sells a protein thats made by '' optimum nutrtion'' and its called 100 percent whey protein its in a black bottle. When you go in there the douche bag at GNC is going to say buy the pro performance GNC version dont do it cause its not a true isolate and taste like ass. Trus me i worked at GNC for 6 years and im a personal trainer as well as a cptn.If you have any questions just email me at my link juicebcb@aol.com

Answer#5: Casine obtained from milk.
