Question: Whey Protein?
Question Description:
I used to workout quite alot, but now i don't because there was little effect in my muscles growing. Is whey protein alright for a 15 year old to use? Will it help increase muscle mass if I started working out again? Will my face turn a bit chubby if my face is kind of skinny and long?
Answer#1: Hi,I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.Good luck!
Answer#2: dude like this, take any supplement you want.. if you want to gain mass, you gota eat a lot, and i mean A LOT while still working out for 3 times a week... i did this and i gained about 20 pounds of muscle in a year so yeah
Answer#3: Do you know what whey protein is? It's dehydrated skim milk. Consuming it is completely pointless.
