Question: whey protein?
Question Description:
i'm 5'11'' and weight about 198 i need to get lean. i've been working out for a year and still don't have washboard abs. i have some muscle on me but i'm not cut i have some fat on my stomach. can anybody give me any workouts with free weights involving them? that's all i have...ez-bar, barbell, weight rings, dumbells, but no leg curl, and no leg extension...can anyone help me with what i've got?
Answer#1: getting washboard abs mainly has to do with your diet if you want killer abs watch everything you eat and I meaneverything and do lots of cardio....like running
Answer#2: great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym...you need to clean up your diet and do some form of interval training to increase your resting metabolic rate...
Answer#3: washboard abs are unattainable for many body types, most people need to be dangerously underweight for them to show. be fit and happy and you will be better off
