Question: Whey Protein??

Why is not working for me? I take it 3 times a day sometimes..I dont even gain weight or anything,I workout...
Answer#1: it depends on a variety of things .1)body type2)over training3)diet calorie cycleing4)eating more real food instead of supplementsif you want to gain muscle you need good timing and comitment.aswell a good knowledge and perfect form.Mail me i can spare some Good advice.
Answer#2: It takes more than that...are you working out...whey is good but it is total calories that increase your body weight...i see you do work out...maybe cut down on the cardio and make sure you are getting carbs...important part of the muscle building process
