Question: Whey Protein perfectly safe for 15 year old if he worksout?

Question Description:
I am currently trying to get big because I am a thin person(from face to toe). I was wondering if I took Whey protein will it be perfectly safe, and would I still grow( as in growing taller)? If I took Whey protein will it increase my face mass and body mass? Do you recommend cytosport whey protein ---->http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/CS20 for a 15 year old or something else.

Answer#1: Whey will not hurt you (unless you consume tubs of it which will blow out your kidneys), nor will it do anything to affect your height or mass. Height is genetic; mass is about calories.

Answer#2: Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me. You can check the website at http://www.slimhealth.info , I had a free trial and paid less than 6.00$ shipping and handling. Best of luck!

Answer#3: yes it is safe just dont mix it with draino

Answer#4: Proteins are large organic compounds made of amino acids arranged in a linear chain and joined together by peptide bonds between the carboxyl and amino groups of adjacent amino acid residues. The sequence of amino acids in a protein is defined by a gene and encoded in the genetic code. Although this genetic code specifies 20 "standard" amino acids, the residues in a protein are often chemically altered in post-translational modification: either before the protein can function in the cell, or as part of control mechanisms. Proteins can also work together to achieve a particular function, and they often associate to form stable complexes.
