When is the best time to drink my Soy Protein Powdered Drink? Is it before I start working out or after? Please help I will really appreciate it GOD BLESS

Answer#2: Both... A half hour before you should have some because you need the calories, energy and such, and after because your body is hungry at this point and burning calories like crazy... They say the first half hour after a workout is the best time to eat dinner, but I have also read a protein shake is the fastest way to deliver your body what it needs into the bloodstream (its liquid)... Answer#3: Actually before and after is best, if your body detects there is a supply of aminos in your system before you workout, your protein synthesis raises to 600% (based on whey). Compared to no protein before and just after your protein synthesis is 200% (again based on whey)Soy will be lacking some certain aminos compared to whey, but it will still work to a certain degree.Good luck =]
Answer#4: Drink half of it about an hour before your workout. Then the other half immediatly after your workout.
