Question: how do I take soy protein in order to lose weight?

I bought soy protein powder shake and I want to know if I have to replace the meals or just take them with a low calorie diet in order to lose weight

Better to eat good carbs instead of bad carbs.Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. Answer#5: My suggestion would be find a low glycemic carbohydrate diet - not just a low calorie diet (but if low glycemic carbs, likely to be low calorie too), and take the protein shakes with the meal. I understand I need about 21 gram - 28 grams of protein in a meal to stay balanced.This is not including snacks. About 7-14 grams of protein is good for the protein portion of a snack (3 a day, between meals).


Answer#6: I think its a meal replacement, but you could maybe combine it with vegetables or a salad or fruit.
