Question: Can soy protein support weight loss?OR It only makes you fat?

i been hearing peopl say protein makes you fat and others saying it could help you loose weight?
Answer#1: Yes balanced/getting the proper protein is the best way to support weight loss and to maintain lean musel mass. I agree with two other replys--whey and soy protein are the best form of protein and easier to digest then meats. Answer#2: If you count your calories, and consume less calories that you burn (aroound 2,000 depending on your age and size), you could eat twinkies and lose weight. Protien is great for your body, no matter what form it comes in.
