Question: Does anyone have recipies for a protein shake using soy protein and other things?

Question Description:
I am looking for healthy protein shakes that may even take the place of a meal, that I can make myself! Thank you everyone.

Answer#1: Ok this is great. I drink this almost every morning . I use orange juice, frozen strawberries, half a banana, soy protein and the kicker is 1/4 cup of uncooked oatmeal. the oatmeal also helps thicken it and you don't HAVE to use banana if you don't want to. You can not taste the oatmeal. You can also use fat free or soy milk instead of OJ. This gives me lots of energy and I have lost 9 lbs in 2 months by drinking this instead of doing the cereal or egg thing. If you have any questions just email me. Oh you just put all of this in aa blender and add ice. I use a thing called the magic bullet to mix mine. It makes a shake or slushie in about 25 seconds.

Answer#2: This site has a few :http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/health-nutrition/genisoy-protein-shake-recipes.htm

Answer#3: Yes add the whey protein in a blender with carrots, celery, tomato, a little barbaque sauce, and a lemon.
