Question: Energy Drink?
Question Description:
Has anyone drank a energy drink and actually felt "energized?" This past winter when i was running Indoor track i drank a red bull because they were giving them out free and i figured it might help but instead it gave me a stomach ache lol. Any energy drinks that give you energy longer than for 10 minutes?
Answer#1: Try an energy shot called upshot or 5 hour energy. I also think that the caffeine gave you a stomach ache so after you drink the energy shot, you should take a tums.

Answer#3: The only kind I tried was a blue JOLT. It took a bit to kick in, but it lasted for a bit.
Answer#4: All energy drinks give me headaches - so in my case, it probably took energy from me from drinking it. I would go for sports drink instead e.g. Gatorade or Powerade.
Answer#5: 'Natural' energy drinks help, I regularly drink PURDEY'S to get me back into the swing of things.
Answer#6: Im not sure about giving you energy, but Mountain Dew MDX tastes like one of those green ice sticks and its "energy infused soda"...i know when i drink it, it gives me energy for a while...Energy drinks work different for different types of stomach...and judging by red bull making you sick, i dont know what will work for you...
Answer#7: I think that Red Bull is all hype. I drank one and fell asleep. I find that Vitamin Water by Glaceau works best.
