Question: Which energy drink is best to take?....?

Question Description:
I work a 10 hour shift... and sometimes I do feel like I'm dragging my pace at work... So the other day I took an energy drink called Rockstar.... I took it around 12 in the afternoon.. at first I was full of energy!! I felt great!!!! But then like 3 hours later!! I felt like crap!!! Zombie like! does anybody know which energy drink I should use... Which one last longer... Or if there is another method of energy booster I could use so I could get through my 10 hours at work?!! thanks!

Answer#1: I defiantly agree with the answer above mine XS energy drinks have no sugar and little or no carbs, plus there only about 8 calories a can and they have tons of great tasting flavors! here is where I get mine http://live4Him.mychoices.biz

Answer#2: I really like XS energy drinks. They have no sugar and there are even some caffeine-free flavors available. The energy comes from b vitamins, amino acids and herbs like ginseng. They taste great and are less expensive than many other brands. You can get them online at http://wduever.qhealthbeauty.com/

Answer#3: An energy multivitamin every day should help. Some are specifically made for females and some for males.

Answer#4: Starbucks iced coffee usually does the trick for me.

Answer#5: the magic ingerdients in those drinks are niacin, otherwise known as the vitamin B group. Just go to a store and get yourself a bottle of vitamin B. If you must have the drink, then go with red bull. It does wear off though and make you feel like crap. What I do when I need energy is I take two vitamin B supplements and a Magnesium supplement. This way, I don't ve the crash, and if I need to, I can just take another vitamin with out messing up my heart. Caffiene is not good for the heart. It messes up the impluses.

Answer#6: avoid "energy drinks" instead focus on what you put into your body. caffeine is fine in moderation. instead take a multivitamin and focus on increasing you antioxidant intake. antioxidants are GREAT, they counter act the free radicals that attack your system, which in turn allows you maintain a healthy level of energy thur-out the day. personally i drink fresh brewed green tea all day. one cup green tea, next one glass of water. when ever i need a sip it's either one of those two.

Answer#7: I would try GoGirl. I drink them all the time and kinda of sip on them throughout the day. If you drink any energy drink all at once you will definitely crash.

Answer#8: Try eating whole grains, they'll keep you satisfied with energy throughout the day, so you won't end up crashing 2 hours later. Instead of energy drinks, drink Gatorade , Propel, or Vitamin Water, or something that is actually good to put in your body!

Answer#9: Try this website! http://www.screamingenergy.com/ It shows reviews of all the energy drinks you can possibly be hyper on. So enjoy. But I personally prefer BAWLS or REDBULL.

Answer#10: energy drinks dont effect me but. the caffine suger rush ends and you crash so buy two of those 5 hour energy shots. they are fast and no crash because of low caffine levels. once one starts to wear off drink the second one you have stored in your purse or pocket.otherwise buy a pack of the caffine rich diet pills called stinger. have energy for a few hours then pop the next one. take with food tho or its hard on you gut

Answer#11: Almost every energy drink out there contains caffeine so yes, you do crash after a period of time. For actual energy try healthy snacks, and drinking plenty of water.

Answer#12: Rather than drink the entire can in one sitting, I wait until I get tired, then take little zip, through out the day. It gives you more energy. I like mountain dew AMP. It almost gives you wings

Answer#13: um..i hope you know all energy drinks do thatwhycause theyre loaded with caffeine

Answer#14: use 5 hour energy, it isn't filled with all the sugar and crap so it lasts longer and when the full affect does go away you wont be on a low.

Answer#15: have you tried 5 hour energy, they work! I like em.

Answer#16: red bull or CRUNK energy drink but i think dat has achohal so red bull

Answer#17: yerba mate tea

Answer#18: I recommend that you don't use any energy drink at all. Energy drinks have high caffeine, artificial sweeteners, ginseng, and other artificial ingredients that are not only very bad for your health, but will also give you the energy you need for the first two or three hours, but will then drop your energy down lower than it was before.I know this from years and years of experience trying different energy drinks, and none of them will give you long-lasting energy to make it through your 10 hour day. I discovered the solution. It's a drink called Boost. At first I thought it was only for the elderly, but I have found that it is the only thing that I can drink that will give me energy all day long. The reason for the sustained energy boost is the protein. When you are tired your body is tapped of it's protein.Try them. I like the Boost High Protien Chocolate, but there are different flavors and protien content, just try different ones and find one that works best for you. Best of luck!
