what are the side-effects to muscletech produts? can they cause tumors, heart-attacks, etc?

Answer#1: I've never heard of any Muscletech products causing tumors or heart attacks. The problem with most supplements (from any manufacturer) is that they don't work. If you use a multivitamin, whey protein powder, and creatine, you should be fine. Some people also like glutamine and an amino acid supplement, but that's it. Also, Muscletech's products are WAY overpriced. You can find all of the stuff I mentioned above from other companies for much less. With a lot of supplements, you're just paying for the label.
Answer#2: I dont know about mucletech...I use" BSN No explode" I think it has a same purpose.If ur into building mucle thats the one...And it does have side effects like no sleeping, acne, and more...If u dont see the effects in 1st week using then ur good to use it.
