Also, will MuscleTech® Nitro-Tech Hardcore (Chocolate) help me maintain the muscular growth for a long time. I have heard that your body becomes dependent on the creatine in it. Any truth to that?

Answer#1: If you work out ,you will increase muscle.If you take Nitro-Tech. and do not work out you will get fat.When you stop taking it you will feel tired.
